We are losing one of the first people to have joined us on this smoke juice adventure and I am excited for her! I have not always been one of the most positive people through my life, but when you put it all on the line to work on your dreams, well it changes you and your outlook. I’m a more positive person and our web mistress Aki has helped me to be who I am today. Aki and I have butted heads on numerous occasions and on both of our parts we each wished the other would shut up and hear what the other was saying. One of the greatest things about starting your own business and growing with a great team is that you have to trust the folks that you work with to do a great job and help lead you to success. Aki has done that for us all along the way, sometimes kicking and screaming. With Aki’s help we have gone from a dark ages web site to something with features we could only dream of, and a design that invites you to stay and look around. Aki will be working on the presidential re-election campaign and as she says it’s a job of a lifetime. Yes it will be difficult to keep on track when she leaves but I am all for people who jump at the chances that come their way. This is the entrepreneurial spirit that drives this country, and Johnson Creek would not be here if that spirit didn’t exist. To Aki we say farewell but not goodbye, we hope that you always have the spirit to take the leap of faith it takes to explore the opportunities that come your way.

Congrats to her on the opportunity! I have interacted with her on several occasions, reporting various small bugs on the website, and ne’er once was she long in replying or fixing the problem. She’s a true professional.
